It’s been a long time since I’ve blogged a My Favorite Things Friday post! Yikes! Well, since it’s been absent for some time, I thought it should come back with a bang and some sparkle!!!

While I love high heels, beautiful boots, and fabulous flats, most of the time you can find me in my trusty blue Chuck Taylors. They are sort of falling apart at the seems, but they are so comfortable and dependable, that I can’t bring myself to stop wearing them.

But when I saw these the other day, I thought maybe my Chucks needed a makeover. Aren’t they fun and fabulous?!? Not sure I would wear them on a daily basis as I do with the ones I own now, but I’m certain they would be brought out for certain situations where I felt my feet needed some extra confidence. They are a size 11, after all, and feel badly about themselves at times. I’m sure these would pick them right up! And wouldn’t they be great for a bride who has a spunky side and wants to be comfy during the reception? Hehe 🙂

Isn’t this a great outfit? Everything about is so classic and demure and then you get to the shoes and it’s like, SPARKLES!!!
