I’ve never been what you might call “crafty.” The extent of my crafting skills usually comes in the form of framing a photo. And even that isn’t one of my strengths (there are about four frames waiting to be filled that are just hanging out in my basement right now).

I have friends who are amazingly crafty and go all out – they make their own clothes, jewelry, home decor, kid’s toys and scrapbook like there is no tomorrow. I’m always in awe of them. And I’ve accepted I will never be one of them. I’m simply not a DIY project kind of girl.

But every once in a while, I like to play with the idea of what I’d make if I were crafty. And if I were in a situation in which invitations were needing to be sent (wedding, birthday party, celebration for Sam becoming crafty), I might just try my hand at these adorable confetti invitations I came across on Jordan Ferney’s Oh Happy Day blog. I mean, how fun are these?
